It's hard to find top talent. Harder still to ensure it sticks: what if you could sample first-rate graduates before you hire?
We're powered by Founders Forum, home of the world's most inspiring founders, CEOs, and tech entrepreneurs.
As part of the Polygo community, you become an extension of this game-changing ecosystem.
Graduate achievement is a prerequisite at Polygo. We attract applications from students at top universities around the UK.
There are 9 possible pathways that a graduate can take through the Polygo bootcamp. The first week of the bootcamp is focused on general commercial upskilling. During the second and third weeks, all graduates take modules in data, operations and creativity that they can stack on top of each other to develop more specialist skills. The bootcamp ends with 2 interdisciplinary challenge days where all our graduates come together, apply their learning and solve real-world business problems.
When you join Polygo, you get free access to 3 talent profiles curated specifically for your business needs. When you’ve decided which candidate you want to move forward with, you pay a monthly fee to Polygo that is inclusive of the graduate’s salary and the added value of Polygo’s world-class upskilling bootcamp and ongoing support.
To create an unbiased admissions process and find the best talent, we don’t look at CVs. Once a graduate submits an application form, they complete an online task that evaluates their problem-solving spark, curiosity, proactivity and drive. They are then invited to complete an online test, prior to a final interview with one of our founders. We don't currently accept applications from outside the UK.
We recognise that the future will be shaped by the right mix of generalists and specialists. We train all our graduates to be interdisciplinary thinkers so they can solve any problem you throw at them. Polypros have one ‘edge’, either in data, operations or creativity. Polymaths have a holistic skillset across data, operations and creativity that enables them to solve diverse challenges.
